The product was not as shown in the seller's listing: the artwork was slightly faded and there were a couple of raised lumps on the surface of the badge. Disappointing.

Manufacturer's error? I would have happily refunded or replaced. I check every item, but (very occasionally) things are bound to slip through the net. The printout used is the exact image I use in the listing mockup, and is based on an actual Zappa badge owned by me. I like to keep the design as similar to the original as possible. My reproduction looks better than the original.
