I feel bad for the seller if this was his first 3d printing experience . The reason the bed couldnt be leveled was because the leveling spring post on a manufacturer's assembled hot plate were all bent at 33 to 45 degree angles it making impossible to level. I bought insurance so no worries. The product was exactly like described and shipping was fast. Dealer was quick to respond to questions.
