Rude and disrespectful. I had a sizing issue and returned item. I bought another size smaller to correct this. Seller threatened to withhold shipping to and from return. Told me to close return. Listing did not include actual ruler measurements of item nor was there a manufacturer sizing chart. Item is made larger than usual which does happen. They cancelled my item using a false reason. One weird terrible ebay experience. Seller is tarnishing her own reputation.
