    This song book is in a lot better condition than I thought, like brand new. And due to close location and prompt shipping action on the part of the seller, I now have the book. VERY good packing on the sellers part. Thanks ! I took the glue binder off with my band saw and the local printi shop put a spiral binder on so now it lays flat at my piano. Now it is time to learn some new songs.
