Not Arthur Court. Similar to Godinger but is a Studio Silversmith version of napkin holder. Silverplate not cast aluminum/mock pewter look. Description inaccurate. Cleaned up and polished it looks okay but there is corrosion that goes through the plating in spots. Usable but not for display. Not what I was expecting but not totally unhappy.
