As per the listing, the images shown are EXAMPLES ONLY and not the item you will receive. By your own admission you were aware of this when placing the order. You had actually used the item on the grave before making any complaint, as per image in the feedback, therefore accepting the item and not allowing me to do anything by way of a retunr. Yet despite this you were offered a discount which you refused
