Sadly, the item I received was not in the conditions described in the ad. I contacted the seller to notify them and reach a solution but they did not want to discuss the matter and refused my return request. The item received was damaged; both boot's faux leather high tops are patchy and peeled off.

We viewed the photos you provided and it was not the boots we had sent. We forwarded the CCTV of us checked your boots prior to dispatching them to eBay fraud department and also advised you that the marks on the boots we had sent we no longer visible + the way the laces were tied within your photo were not the same as we have tied them. Your comments were forwarded to eBay fraud department who have taken the appropriate action. Scammer!!
