Unfortunately the neck part just twizzelled round the bottle but can still be used so I just hold onto the pump when using. I bought this to the attention of the seller with pictures and they very kindly refunded me which I didn't expect. I cannot fault the seller's communication with me at all and was grateful for the offer of a refund. Would buy from this seller again.

Solo l'imballaggio poteva essere un po' più accurato, trattandosi di flaconi di shampoo dovevano essere avvolti nella carta a bolle per una migliore protezione.
