Seller advertised ASAP shipping, but waited 4 days to ship it out. Shipping took 8 days from then. Seller didn't ship the pillow in a box, just put it in a shipping wrapper and it arrived torn open. Should have shipped it in a box because the pillow is now mishaped and has to be reopened and stuffed.
