Packaging was nice. Product is as advertised. I had to reseat the ribbon cable on back of keyboard (used my OEM cable) (yellow tape), not seller’s fault. Glad I ordered this. Nice upgrade from non-backlit to backlit. M4800. Try booting into BIOS once backlit led is sat properly and is lit up, F2 works, then all keys should work in OS.
