    Hi The aperture on the end that affixes to the vertical pole on the bike rack is too small for me to be able to secure it to the pole. It seems to have grip ribs in it that my original part didn’t. Any chance I can return it and have it replaced with one without the ribbing or with a larger aperture. The end that fixes to the bike is fine.
