The book I ordered from them never arrived. When I mentioned this to them, they said they'd post out a replacement copy to me - which never arrived either! I accept that it may have got lost in the post the first time around - but TWICE? Only positive aspect to this transaction was that the lady dealing with me was polite and apologetic. And yes I got a refund from them. But I don't think I'll ever buy anything from them again.
