Surprised to find this but glad I did. As a vintage optics guy I'm always on the hunt for accessories to fit my binoculars. My 20x80 Steiners came with a mount that clamps to the cone axle. My 10x50 Zeiss' and Bushnell's did not. These binos are heavy and work better balanced on a tripod. This type of clamp allows for that feature. Really happy I found them, thanks!
