Seller finally shipped my purchase after filing a refund case with Ebay. My purchase was shipped within 24 hours of the case being filed and arrived 4 days later. I verified with the USPS the tracking number provided was never scanned into their system prior to filing the claim with Ebay. Definitely will not be doing business with again.

Two packages were shipped out to this customer. 1st on the 12th day it was ordered and it was returned by USPS. I sent a second package out on Wednesday 19th and it arrived today 21st. I paid for express delivery because USPS had an issue with the first class & returned it a day after I did a tracking search. The customer is upset cause USPS delayed the delivery of their order. It happens a lot if you use USPS =dealing with the same issues. Unfortantly I have no control over it
