USPS Tracking Number ESUS179230785 shows the package was delivered on February 1 @ 9:10 AM. This is less than a day after the buyer posted the negative comment before even contacting me. I always handle the issues in a proper way. The buyer's money was fully refunded. The post office was late on delivering this card as it was sent on time by me. I accepted the monetary loss for the USPS error but have requested a revision to and to this point the buyer has not responed. This was over a week ago.
