    Had a really bad experience. Firstly they sent only the cart and not the box and manual. It took them several weeks to inform me of this. When asked to send the rest of the order they said they didn’t have the items. I tried to get a refund or even a partial refund, but they ignored me apart from one message telling me to return the item, without offering to pay for the return. Had to go through eBay for help to finally get a refund, and they didn’t even respond to me or eBay’s request.
