Sign had a bent corner, managed to get it smoothed out somewhat, but you could have packed it more carefully. Also USPS sent it all over the place before it FINALLY got here almost a week late. It was a gift for my best friend, and she liked it, so that overrides the hassle. Shipment issues were the post office's gaff, but the bent corner appears to have been packed that way, no damage to the carton on the outside. At any rate, was a great present and she loved it!
