Item was defective on arrival. Started return and waited on return label to be sent by Dyson.After numerous emails, return label was never sent by Dyson. Dyson then tried to tell me I was out of the return window but thankfully I had opened a case with ebay. eBay customer service tried to contact Dyson but eventually they even gave up. Ebay were in contact with me the whole time and they issued me with a refund. Great job EBay
