I can think of a thousand things these can be used for. The AM sensitivity is decent and it’s IF bandwidth is wide enough for music, Fm is ok too. Their small size makes them easy to incorporate into an assortment of projects, the 5k potentiometer used for tuning can be removed and installed elsewhere if needed.
