I had an incredible experience overall. They were happy for me to send the jacket back late, they had to go and pick it up from the depot as the package did not get to their door, and they refunded me all of my money back, which I really didn't deserve after all of the trouble they went to. Amazing ebayer ! Really nice people, I can't say enough A*** Thank you guys !
