Bought two whiskey barrel planters from this seller before , quality of each half barrel and size match was good , wife decided we wanted two more , seller offered a discount on one ( as I’d been watching them ) but would not sell me two at the ( minimal ) discounted price , I ordered two more, quality and sizing was not the best this time , seller never answered ANY of my messages , if I had my way I would have sent them back , wife did not want to make a fuss so we ended up keeping them .

It is unfortunate that the buyer did not give us the chance to rectify this for them before posting this review. The buyer messaged us after we had closed on Friday night and left this review on Sunday evening. As a family business, we are not a 24/7 business and work the Monday to Friday 9 to 5 and were on a trip away during the weekend. We have sent a message to the buyer offering to help.
