    I can see why this seller doesn't allow returns. He had to scrunch this hat up to fit it into an undersized box. The result? See the difference between the purple hat on the left which was purchased from a good seller who used a proper shipping box and the crumpled up khaki hat on the right that this seller ruined. Shame on you Drex Mart Savings Center.

    To be clear, this hat is not stiff around the head like other hats can be...be sure to clarify that next time and perhaps not have something underneath the other hat to prop it up. Next time I will ship it in a bag rather than a protected box to save the bill (the only thing that can actually get damaged via an insufficient box). Rather than bashing a small business, perhaps reach out in the future. Being rude gets nothing, being a decent human would have gotten you a free hat.
