Hi, doll has beautiful eyes and lashes. Hands and feet are painted very red like a sunburn. Left leg is flattened and foot turned in as if ankle is broken. Right arm is also flattened. Box did not appeared to be packed tight enough to flatten arm and leg. It must have been done before it was shipped. I am hoping the leg and arm might recover as time passes.

Hello, thank you for your comment, you can try to blow the doll with hot air from a hair dryer and it should recover.
