I bought glass items from this seller. They were extremely poorly packaged and arrived broken. I offered to return the items, but seller offered a full refund instead. It’s been close to two weeks and the seller won’t return any money. Claim they have a “hold” on their account? Either way…no money back and they’re not responding to messages anymore.
