This is obviously no longer a Size 3 (large) Chico’s shirt and could only fit a very small person. Clearly it has been shrunk in a hot dryer.Seller should have made buyer aware of discrepancy between size tag and reality. I will not waste more time and money by standing in a long post office line to return but will instead donate it to a charity. Small profits are sadly reason enough for deception to some.
