The UK courier however, just dropped the package on the doorstep, took a photo and couldn't even be bothered to ring the door bell, typical of what we have come to expect with any courier. I'd like to complain but I don't know the name of the business.

Il circuito funziona abbastanza bene ma non è un diodo ideale.
I due mosfet hanno una rDS(on)=20mOhm ciascuno per cui con 4A si ha una caduta di 160mV(comunque minore di un diodo Schottky).
Il problema principale è che utilizzando tale diodo tra una batteria e il caricatore non blocca la corrente di ritorno che resta a circa 20mA poiche i Gate dei MOS non svengono svuotati.
