I have several issues with this seller. My book was not shown as dispatched until 6 days after payment was made. When it didn't arrive I contacted the seller who assured me that they would reorder within 3 days. After 4 days no dispatch was showing so I contacted the seller again who informed me that the item had been dispatched via Yodel and should arrive within a few days. I used this seller because they quoted Royal mail on the listing and Yodel are useless here. My item arrived on day 15.
