    I had no issue with the device prior to listing. When the buyer said they were unhappy I immediately offered a full refund, including shipping. Buyer chose to keep the device and then left me poor feedback. This complaint was a simple attempt to get some money back - when they didn't get the device and a partial refund they kept the device, since there was nothing wrong with it. This is feedback assault.
