We just tried out the new pool bot - which arrived ahead of time - and are so far impressed. We’d been using a side-port powered pool cleaner that did a good job when the wind wasn’t pushing the hose and causing it to only stay in the deep end, but the hose was crumbling after five years so we thought we’d upgrade. Our pool is probably a bit of a challenge as it’s L shaped, but the robot did a good job for its first time. The handy hook made retrieval very easy.
