La verdad es que me sucedió lo mismo que el resto de calificaciones negativas. El vendedor te manda un seguimiento, pero no tiene avance. Perdí 14 días para nada. El vendedor además solicita que le des un feedback positivo cuando el problema lo genera él. Yo de buena voluntad le doy feedback neutro. No recomiendo comprar porque perderás tiempo. Esto ya es un patrón repetido del vendedor, no es casual.
Recomiendo buscar a otro vendedor más serio y responsable. Realmente no entiendo su actitud.
