Unable to adjust time on this new clock. Came one half hour off. No instructions included. Contacted seller who instructed us to change the battery. Second message was for us to put in a new mechanism to fix the time issue. Instructed how to open the clock, which worked. My spouse was able to stop the mechanism and set an alarm to reset it at the proper time. The last offer by the seller was "Ya, we will send you the clock above it, you change it, the part below will be separated." Frustrating.
