Yes, have contacted seller serval times even filed a complaint with eBay that has gone unanswered. Ordered a Digital Scanner and received a cheap Analog Scanner that vender ordered through Amazon. It was ordered as a gift, came with a nice card stating it was a gift from SUN. Didn't know who sent it until I received notification that my order had been delivered. I sent the item back and to date have not received my correct order or a refund.
