I have been a member of eBay for many years and have never had an experience this bad until now. They used On Trac to ship my parts and it was delayed. I then received an email saying a delivery attempt was made. After contacting TM they said it was worked out and would be delivered. On the 9th I received an eBay message saying it was delivered, but I was unable to find it. MX told me that nothing could be done because it said delivered. I am very unhappy with this purchase.
