As far as I can tell, supplier did a great job and the diary, when it arrived, was just what I hoped and in perfect condition. Between despatch and delivery, something went wrong. Strangely delayed. Again, as far as I can tell, that's entirely due to Royal Mail. Presumably, when Royal Mail is the delivery service, your Tracker is informed by Royal Mail's. Royal Mail's Tracker, on this occasion, is barking mad, and yours reflects it!
