I am very disappointed the buyer felt it necessary to leave negative feedback, I try to be as honest as possible with my descriptions and take photos of all angles and areas of the items I sell but unfortunately in this case the stone was sealed into the box tightly and it could not be removed to photograph. If there should be any issue with any purchase from me, I would always expect contact to be made to discuss the issue before leaving feedback which in this case it was not.
