Item OK but bad communication.
I asked the seller for fast shipping, because this meant to be a present. It may be ok not to do so, but not without a notice. The item shipped 6 days later.
Second, the sellers item posts to be in Chamonix (France), instead the parcel comes from CH what took another days delay at the customs.
Knowing this I wouldn’t buy again and neutral is very fair!
