    I didn't request to cancel the order, so the seller lied and said I did to avoid a ding on their seller rating. However when this seller does this to you, you can open a ticket with eBay and they can add the defect to their rating manually. On X (formerly Twitter) find @askebay and report it. Eventually it will catch up with them. Don't sell what you don't have. Don't lie about buyers asking to cancel.

    We ordered the item on Dec 14 with expected delivery time by Dec 27; however we haven't received the item until Jan 5. This was first time my son used most of his savings for this new year gift while we didn't receive this by new year. Very disappointed at the delivery. The seller should credit us for the delayed delivery.
