I wish you could see what this crazy man said to us. This is an example of what type of customer we never want. We're giving him a refund if he returns our item. We also apologized for the mistake & then he called us names and began being rude (in all caps). He then tried to basically get it for free and have me refund him half and keep the item. Funniest part is "deliberately", like we're out here shorting people an inch on their bike stems for mass profit! LOL. He's just a miserable man.

This cover is not a solar cover its cheap, expensive and rips easy, the eyelets arent strong and barely covers my pool. the line is short as well. i would not buy this again. I want to return it but cant so im stuck with a cheap product.

It's the exact solar cover that is on Amazon. His pics even show that it's the exact size on his measuring tape. His problem is that the large rim around his pool makes it 25 or 26ft. But that's our fault right? Please know your measurements before ordering. We only give refunds if we made a mistake. We also gave them nearly 70% off the original price of this item. I really do hate when people blame others for their own faults. Thanks for tarnishing a good reputation for your mistake.
