    Ordered the wrong size, but return process was easy. Lost $13 on the purchase price and return price since original price was $99.95 plus Tax & Shipping (I paid $45 for expedited shipping) and I only received a refund of $86 because they charged me for return shipping ($6), which still seems wrong to me. Quality of item was new as advertised.
