The item was shipped very quickly and arrived intact. It was described as used and that is correct. I knew the flags on the building would be missing, so that’s not a problem. I was a little disappointed that the toy was so dirty, but I can take water and a toothbrush to it. The figures that are included are mostly intact. Two or three of them are not original to the mansion (they have the squishy legs). That was a surprise, but not a huge deal.
