The item was sent very quickly. It was packaged in a very dirty plastic bag. The pump was not working and was completely seized. It was necessary to unblock it with several uses of WD-40. The pumping movement is not smooth. The brass of the pump handle was tarnished. These elements lead me to believe that either the item is not new or that it was stored in very poor conditions. I am not happy with this sale and I do not recommend this seller.
