Well, you bought on Tuesday and I shipped it out immediately, SAME DAY, on, guess what, TUESDAY! Not sure how you think that is horrible service. As for you saying bad item, both of them were still FACTORY SEALED, yep, that is right, BRAND NEW. Not one, BOTH OF THEM. I think there is a reason that you have your feedback set to private.
