Much faster shipping than what was stated! The description is much better than the item! This brace slides down as you move making it useless, the only way for it too stay up is to tighten.up the straps so much that it cuts off blood circulation... Don't even think about running or anything that requires constant motion. It does help you stand from a squat and adds to lateral support. It is very uncomfortable but I am giving it a good chance. I would not recommend it for the reasons mentioned!
