"Like new" on such an expensive purchase means it is how it would look if purchased new. Several ornaments in the set were bent. One was glued crooked. Several ornaments lacked a ribbon at all, let alone the original one it came with. Honest descriptions should be used. I will be wary in the future purchasing "like new" items from this vendor.
