    I ordered the pad after contacting the seller and asking multiple questions about how to order a custom size. Even then, the wrong size was sent and the color of the pad looks like a cheap junk version of the picture. Communication was terrible as well. Ebay finally refunded me when seller wouldn't.

    It took a few weeks to get this saddle pad, but boy is it beautiful! Looks just like the picture except even more stunning in person. Very thick heavy material. The only thing was the packaging was very difficult to open. But a super nice pad and well worth the cost!
