Amazing assistance from Replacements when the forks I ordered to complete my existing set arrived in less-than-sparkly condition. Great communication and support walked me through the process to send them back for polishing and have them returned. They now look better than my existing used forks! I was a little skeptical concerning the price plus shipping (though I could combine it), but the level of service more than made up for it. Would definitely shop Replacements again!
