As part of eBay's Money Back Guarantee program, items purchased from our store can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in the original unused and unworn condition with tags and packaging intact.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the exact condition as when they were shipped. They cannot have been worn, used, tailored, engraved or altered in any way. All original tags, packaging, instructions, accessories, parts and components must be included.

Please contact us via eBay's messaging system before returning any item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent to us without an RMA will not be accepted.

Once you have received your RMA number, package the item securely with the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package. Send via a trackable shipping method to confirm delivery. We recommend using the same carrier and service option that the item was originally shipped with.
