After requesting a refund, the seller said on 8 Feb that they had initiated the process for your refund. Yet still no refund 10 days later. A refund was finally processed on 19 Feb, just hours after I wrote a critical review. The seller then asked, via eBay, that I change my review because a refund was made, eBay leaving that to my discretion.
