    HORRIBLE! AVOID THIS SELLER. Seller sent 2 Labubu dolls without any packaging other than thin plastic. No shipping box, just garbage-bag type plastic. The items were crushed. Shipping tape states that the items were RECEIVED IN A DAMAGED CONDITION. I offered to settle for a partial refund. Seller responded "We agreed on $176 as compensation. Can we close this case?" Per eBay, I should not close the case without a refund. The seller then reneged on our agreement, wanting me to send the dolls
