Forgot to ship my item for 2 weeks until I reached out. Told me they'd investigate, then ignored me for another couple days. Had to threaten to involve eBay to get them to ship it. Finally received the item 20 days after buying it. Considering the item was an old collectible magazine, the packaging method used was just a black plastic bag with a label slapped on it, so the magazine got rolled and stuffed into my mailbox.
